The venue was excellent modern and nicely decorated, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was favourable right by Zoologischer garten train station which is really handy for getting to-and-from the airport and also all over the city, and the X9 bus terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were GOOD. The service here was friendly.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

Convenient location in a local area, super close to public transportation and a main train station with easy access to the city center 🚉.

The room with 2 beds. Recently added central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV were much appreciated during my city break.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good concept of using the lobby for breakfast, bar etc. Very well situated! Although it was very busy, you couldn't notice, breakfast well organised and good value for your money

The airco installation was poor, it wasn't cool enough and opening the windows was hardly an alternative, for the railways were nextdoor....

Great spot for a quick city getaway! 😊 the breakfast here was awesome - they had gluten-free options, and the staff knew their stuff.

It was clean , effecient and fairly modern. I was there just for one night on a business trip and it was cost effective for me.

I would have preferred if there was internet access in the rooms even if it was charged at an extra cost.

The food at the hotel was fresh and delicious. the location was fantastic, situated on a famous street in West Berlin where you can easily explore on foot. It's conveniently close to restaurants, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn stations.

A really good way to end my city break. Perfectly clean, stylish hotel with optimal location very close to major transport links.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering clean and fresh rooms with nice bathrooms. The staff are friendly and the location is perfect, right at the center and close to the S-Bahn. I loved the late summer blast in the city center, and the view of Kantstrasse from my room. The breakfast even catered to gluten-free options, which was a nice touch.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The experience was lovely, would stay here again. Lots of FRESHLY MADE food, I loved it. The rooms were neat and amazing with clean bathrooms. Location: the hotel was near to supermarket, the X9 bus terminal, and train station and shopping belt. Fast food restaurant Hakiki was 500 metres away from the place.

clean, centrally-located, good breakfast & wifi, and very quiet rooms (thans to 2 x triple glazing!)
